How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic USA shipping takes 3–5 business days after production. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

What photo quality works best?

Higher-resolution photos look best (1500×1500 pixels or larger). Phone photos work great. If your image is too low-resolution, we'll reach out before printing to make sure you love the result.

Can I order in bulk for events?

Absolutely. Bulk orders for weddings, businesses, and corporate events get personalized pricing. Contact Heather directly for a quote.

Do you travel for live event printing?

Yes! We offer live magnet printing throughout Texas and travel to select destinations nationwide for weddings, corporate events, and large celebrations.

How do I send my photos?

After you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with simple instructions to upload your photos. You can also email them directly to HeatherMabutas@yahoo.com with your order number in the subject line.

What's your refund policy?

Because each magnet is custom-made, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.
